Worship and Music
Abstract
This comment contends that worship is important for the strengthening of the relationship between humanity and God. Through worship, the human being gets to rise to a higher level of existence and gets to see the world from the point-of-view of God and God gets to register His pleasure and approval with the presence of His Holy Spirit. Music has always and continues to have a prominent presence in worship. This comment provides a background for worship and its place in the life of humanity, analyzes ways of worshiping, and argues the importance of music in worship.
